Six tips to beat the post back to work holiday blues

Got the post holiday, back to work blues?
Here’s a few tips on how to beat them.
1. Plan another holiday!
2. Get out before or after work and exercises, preferably in a nice environment, like bush or beach.
3. Eat healthily.
4. Take breaks and get some fresh air.
5. Plan social events, like music in the parks or a swim at the beach with friends.
