How and why to stay active while working from home

We at hope that you are doing well during this very challenging time in our history.

We thought that as a lot of us are sitting, working from home, then we could share some resources and information that you might find useful.

Todays piece is around the many health benefits of exercise, just in case you need a reason to try and remain active and get in a daily do=se of exercise during this time.

I’ve also included a link to a selection of exercises that can be done at home with little or no equipment. Like us on Facebook as we are posting some yoga videos that you can do along with Patrycja.

We have a selection of exercise equipment at reasonable prices that can be delivered to your home during the outbreak if you wish to have a look.

COVID-19 Update

COVID UPDATE 28/02/2021
Hi team, as of 28/02/2021 we will be at COVID alert Level 3 .

This means once again no consultations can take place in person in the clinic or at your home.

We are still available through video or telephone consultation for all our clients and new clients are welcome.

All existing clients will be contacted by admin or your therapist to arrange a time for this or rearrange your appointment as appropriate. We wish all our clients well and we hope for a safe and speedy return to Level 1.
