Pilates is fantastic for functional strength, posture, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
All our Pilates classes are mat based class so there will be complicated equipment to use. Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and will help you rehabilitate from an injury, prevent further pain and injury and also improve your performance if you are involved in any sport. The exercises will gradually get more complex and challenging as you improve and progress though the course from beginner to advance. We run classes with qualified and experienced instructors at different times of the day, so hopefully there is a course at the right time for you. There will be no more than 6 people in each class, ensuring attention to detail. Call or email us to book your spot.
