While demonstrating a one legged squat to a client, with poor technique I might add! My knee cap went ping. Now I am having trouble squatting, going up and down stairs and generally have a sore patella. An old familiar feeling I have had this before and I treat patients with this painful condition all the time.
So immediate McConnell taping, Quad stretching, rest from squatting and kneeling and VMO exercises. Should be right in a couple of days… I hope!
