This month is Youth Sports Safety month.
A lot of youngsters are starting winter sports about now. To help them stay injury free here are three important things you can do right now.
1: Make sure they warm up before the game
2: Make sure they go to training sessions so they are f1t to play
3: Keep hydrated and stretch before and after playing
